Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Account Registration & Verification

3333k charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 3333k's control and are your sole responsibility. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Limitation of Liability

Account Closure & Termination

Either you or 3333k may close a registered account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Voluntary Closure by the Player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Account closure requests submitted while a pending withdrawal is in process will be handled after the withdrawal is completed.

Closure by 3333k: 3333k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 3333k's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. 3333k's internal complaints procedure requires that all disputes be submitted in writing to [email protected] with full details of the complaint, including account username, date of the disputed event, and the resolution sought. 3333k will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 3333k to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 3333k with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
• Headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
• All notices from 3333k to you will be sent to the email address registered on your account. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current and to check it regularly.
